Given his track record, Lex had believed that, applied to his relationships, the words 'happily ever after' were something of an oxymoron. Not any more.

Exploring the possibility of forever with Clark, together with the cities of Europe, Lex had never felt more content. Even his ever-present cell phone was switched off.

Green eyes looked up from the guidebooks strewn across their rumpled bed.

"St. Paul's Cathedral or the London Eye?" Clark asked.

Instead of answering, Lex captured Clark's lips in a heated kiss, coaxing his tongue deep into Lex's mouth.

Both would have to wait a little longer.
